Ginger Unger

We are delighted to welcome Ginger Unger to our Hiveologie team. Ginger has completed millions of dollars in real estate transactions and has many years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, commercial development, and market and financial analysis for investment properties. Ginger also herself owns investment properties, and she has a unique perspective on investment holdings from having hands-on experience as an investment owner. Before opening her brokerage, she was involved with the family construction business developing residential and commercial properties, including residential developments for townhomes, shopping centers, office parks, industrial warehouses, and hotels. Ginger is a CCIM and the owner of Secor One Commercial Group and is responsible for all the leasing and brokerage operations for the company. Ginger opened her brokerage in 2005, where she has been handling brokerage and development.

Ginger is also a very experienced and popular instructor and has instructed commercial and residential classes for Texas agents, brokers, underwriters, and investors for years. Ginger is a Senior Instructor with the Texas Association of REALTORS®, a consultant to commercial real estate attorneys, has authored numerous commercial courses and trains investors, agents, and brokers. Ginger was nominated for the Instructor of the Year award through the Texas Association of REALTORS® and holds the Gold Standard Instructor Designation – REEA and the CREI certification through Texas Real Estate Education Association. Ginger was the chair of the commercial committee in 2021 for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and is a committee member of the Texas Realtors Education Development, Curriculum Committee, and Texas Realtors Commercial Committee for both 2021 and 2022. Ginger also holds and instructs the following designations: GRI, RENE, SFR, SRS, ABR, TACS, SRES, C2-EX. Ginger is committed to helping agents grow their businesses and assisting them in their pursuit of excellence in the real estate industry.
