Any action on any claim against Hiveologie or its Affiliates must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or shall be deemed waived.

PRODUCT EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise noted, all learning products purchased through this website will expire six months following the date of purchase. Following the six months, up to 2, three-month extensions, can be purchased for $49 each (unless otherwise noted).

REFUND POLICY
If you wish to apply for a refund of any product purchased via this Website it must be done:
For live events: prior to 24 hours before event start
For on demand learning: Either within thirty (30) days of purchase date or prior to consuming more than 25% of the course.
To apply, please provide us with the following information:

1. Contact our Customer Service team via support@hiveologie.com or leave the following information at 1-877-762-9322.
2. Please provide the following information:
• Your name in full
• The product name purchased
• The reason for the refund
3. No credit card information required for refund. We will reverse the transaction on same card as original purchase.

The information contained in this refund policy supersedes any verbal or other written information that anyone may receive regarding this policy.

You agree that if you provide any personal information to us through this Website, Hiveologie may use this information and disclose it to others for the purpose of responding to any request or providing you with services pursuant to these Terms.
