Kathleen Metcalf is the CEO, Founder and the heart and soul of the Kammbium team. Kathleen began her career in real estate in 2002 as an assistant for a top-producing agent in San Francisco, CA, where she also sold real estate as a licensed agent. Since then, she has founded multiple thriving businesses and has coached countless talented agents, admin, and real estate teams across the country. Kammbium has just one goal in mind: to coach real estate agents and admins to help them be the best they can be. Kathleen has spent the last two decades working in the real estate industry and learning everything there is to know about hiring, training, and retaining real estate operations talent. She has also dedicated countless hours to working with rainmakers, lead agents and team leaders to help them scale their business and build a successful team. She and Laura are devoted to reinventing how real estate teams operate. Their proven systems take the accepted chaos out of real estate and turn any agent's business into the well-oiled machine they’ve always dreamt of. Lauren Moseley

Lauren is the voice of experience in real estate sales coaching, consulting, and training. She has worked for the last five years as the Director of Sales in the second-highest-grossing office in the country. She started her real estate career in Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco in operations and finance, project leasing, and M&A, going from the top boutique brokerage to being acquired by the top global brokerage and a Fortune 200 company. Lauren then moved into Residential Real Estate in 2019, where she was the Managing Director for a Side Inc. team and grew that office from 11 agents doing $250M in volume, to 80 agents doing $1.2Billion in just under two years. Since then, Lauren departed that team and has since launched her own real estate team in Los Gatos focusing on Silicon Valley & the Coast. She is an incredible addition to the Hiveologie Experts Team, and we are so excited to be working with Lauren, as part of the Kammbium team, to deliver real estate agent business building, strategy, sales, process and lead gen training.
