Jo-Ann Sloan is a renowned and sought-after luxury real estate trainer, coach, consultant, and industry speaker. Jo-Ann’s coaching and consulting clients account for over $2B in annual real estate sales.

As the managing broker for two Sotheby’s offices on the Gulf Coast of Florida, she developed many top producers.  As a Global Consultant with the corporate office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she spent 5 years building its’ Luxury Collection brand within the brand. Jo-Ann started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker where she rose from Rookie of the Year to Diamond, which is top 1% worldwide.

Jo-Ann is also a top-notch instructor and a popular NAR faculty member for 20 years and has authored several courses including a luxury primer, advanced luxury, resort markets, and negotiations to name a few. She served as 1 of only 4 instructors worldwide for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and a consultant for Forbes Global Properties, Christie’s International and Luxury Portfolio.
