For 20+ years Kate has dedicated her professional life to enhancing the experience a seller or buyer receives when she embarks on a major change. But Kate is also a popular trainer and speaker for new agent training, real estate licensing, continuing education for National Association of REALTORS®, and REBAC. As a consultant and trainer Kate focuses on agent and broker systems, policies, procedures, strategic planning, law and compliance, agent development and training, and success coaching. Kate herself holds the ePro, AHWD, ABR, MRP, MSLG, and REI Certifications.
