We are delighted to welcome Kate Lanagan MacGregor, REALTOR®, broker owner, coach, trainer, and consultant to our Hiveologie team.

For 20+ years Kate has dedicated her professional life to enhancing the experience a seller or buyer receives when s/he embarks on a major change. But Kate is also a popular trainer and speaker for new agent training, real estate licensing, continuing education for National Association of REALTORS®, and REBAC. As a consultant and trainer Kate focuses on agent and broker systems, policies, procedures, strategic planning, law and compliance, agent development and training, and success coaching. Kate herself holds the ePro, AHWD, ABR, MRP, MSLG, and REI Certifications.

Today’s new agent faces the traditional challenges of learning the basics of real estate, how to run a business, time management, marketing, and sales skills. But all also now have new and substantial opportunities to learn, and challenges to overcome, preparing for this new era or ‘evolution’ too. We are fortunate to have launched two critical programs created with Kate Lanagan MacGregor and Amy Chorew.
