Since 2021 we have researched and invested in all the elements to create the perfect happy bee environment. Our land is in one of the most pristine areas of the United States in the Finger Lakes, New York. We snuggled our first apiary within our 39 acres of naturally wooded hills and planted 7 acres of highly pleasing multi-floral blossoms for bees to forage. Our bees drink the purest spring water, we have two wonderful bee guardians our Great Pyrenees Ziggy and Gunnar that keep our bees safe, and we practice all-natural bee management. And so far we have seen the fruit of our labors with healthy happy hives.  

Of course, a special by-product of healthy bees is premium honey. But since we are bee focused first that means we bottle very little of what our girls make. Our estate honey is limited, gorgeous, and tastes just like the beautiful woodland surrounding the bees every day. Our bees forage on our little sweet wood mountain at our maple, linden, and Russian olive trees with a few stops along the way at wildflowers, wild rose, and wild berry bushes. Plus, our honey is raw, all-natural and hand-bottled. 

Taste the unique flavors of real raw premium honey. Enjoy on it’s own or try with your favorite cheese, charcuterie, or fruit. You will be able to truly taste what the bees have foraged and taste the local ‘terroir’. This special honey however is very limited, we leave most of it for the bees themselves to get them through winter.
